At Park Arapahoe,
Tenants have the ability to bring satellite television services to
their suite on a month-to-month basis through Dish Network .

Iron Man Communications will be
able to answer any questions regarding viewing packages and rates
through Dish Network, as well as information about installation.
Tenants will need to contact Building Management to obtain a
Telephone Room Access Request form to submit prior to the
installation appointment time.
A $10.00 monthly Building access, administration, and
maintenance charge will be added to the monthly billing by Landlord
for each Tenant Subscribing to the Dish Network service.
