TELEVISION SERVICES
Tenants at The Spectrum Building have the availability of satellite
television services in their suite on a month-to-month basis through
DirectTV. The account representative for the Building for DirectTV

Link Up Satellites will be able to answer any
questions regarding viewing packages and rates through DirectTV, as
well as information about installation.
Tenants will need to contact Building Management to obtain a
Telephone Room Access Request form to submit prior to the
installation appointment time.
A $10.00 monthly Building access, administration and
maintenance charge will be added to the monthly billing by Landlord
for each Tenant Subscribing to the DirectTV service.
