Your Frequently Asked Questions Answered!

BUILDING HOURS: The Horizon Terrace Building hours are from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays. The Building is closed on Sundays and Holidays. These hours are subject to change from time to time.  When the entry doors are locked, you must use an access card for entry.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE: Please inform Management of all needed repairs or maintenance, such as HVAC repairs or light bulb replacement, by calling our Main Office at (303)-694-0060 or by filling out a Maintenance Request Form at our website www.gpproperties.com.

JANITORIAL: The janitorial staff is on-site to clean your Suite Monday-Friday in the evenings.  Their general cleaning includes emptying waste containers, vacuuming traffic areas, and sweeping and mopping of tiled floor surfaces.

WINDOW CLEANING: Window Cleaning is scheduled periodically by Building Management. You should be notified when your interior windows will need to be accessible to the window washers.

SIGNAGE & KEYS: If you require a Signage Change or additional Keys for your Suite, please contact Building Management.  No unapproved signage is permitted to be visible from outside the Premises.

NO SMOKING: Per State regulations, there is No Smoking within 15 feet of the Main Entrance of the Building. We ask that you are courteous to other tenants and do not smoke near any Building entrances.

MAILBOXES: Incoming mailboxes are located on the 1st level of the Building.  Please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS if you have problems or questions about your mailbox or receiving mail.

ALTERATIONS / CONSTRUCTION / REPAIRS: Alterations such as painting and carpeting, and repairs such as electrical and plumbing, are required to be approved and facilitated through Building Management.  Making any unapproved alterations to your space is prohibited.

BUILDING ACCESS CONTROL & CCTV SYSTEM: The entry doors and elevators are equipped with an electronic security system that is designed to control access to the Building and elevators after normal Building hours. The system is designed to allow entry only through a valid access card read. If you have questions about the system, or would like to obtain additional access cards, please contact Building Management.  Please also note that a CCTV system is installed to provide recorded video surveillance of certain Building areas only for evidence of crimes committed against the Building.

PETS: There are No Pets (except Seeing Eye dogs) allowed in the Building or on the Premises.

PARKING: Please inform all employees and guests that parking is only allowed in striped areas of the lot.  Any vehicles parked outside of the striped areas are subject to be towed at owner’s expense.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES: It is important to inform all employees of what to do in case of an emergency at the Building, and ensure Management has an updated list of Tenant emergency contacts. Please plan to have Tenant representatives attend all Building emergency and procedures training.  If you need any additional copies of the Building Emergency Procedures Manual or have any questions, please contact Building Management.

NO SOLICITING: There is No Solicitation allowed at the Property.  Please inform all solicitors that they must leave immediately and promptly inform Building Management if you witness Solicitation on or around the Premises.

TELEVISION SERVICES: Television services are available at the Property through Directv.

TELEPHONE ROOM ACCESS: Please call Management during Building hours to obtain telephone room access.  Please complete an Access Request Form with the signature of your vendor for each such access.
