Your Frequently Asked Questions Answered!
UTILITIES: It is critical for all first level Tenants
to switch the Xcel Utilities into your name immediately upon Lease
commencement to avoid any additional charges.
Please call Xcel at 1-800-481-4700.
WINDOW CLEANING:
Exterior window cleaning is scheduled
periodically by Building Management. You should be notified when
your interior windows will need to be accessible to the window
washers.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
It is important to inform all employees of
what to do in case of an emergency at the Building, and ensure Management has an updated list of Tenant emergency
contacts. Please plan to have Tenant representatives attend all
Building emergency and procedures training.
If you need any additional copies of the Building Emergency
Procedures Manual or have any questions, please contact Building
Management.
PETS:
There are No Pets (except Seeing Eye dogs)
allowed in any part of the Premises or the Building or on the
Property.
NO SMOKING:
Per State regulations, there is No Smoking
within 15 feet of the Main Entrance of the Building. We ask that you
are courteous to other tenants and do not smoke near any tenant
entrances.
SIGNAGE & KEYS:
If you require a Signage Change or
additional Keys for your Premises please contact Building
Management. No
unapproved signage is permitted to be visible from outside the
Premises.
ENTRY DOORS:
Please keep all Premises entry doors closed
to the outside at all times.
TRASH / DUMPSTER:
Please secure dumpster lids at all times and
ensure all trash is inside the container.
NO SOLICITING: There is No Solicitation allowed at the
Property. Please inform
all solicitors that they must leave immediately and promptly inform
Building Management if you witness Solicitation on or around the
Property.
TRUCK COURTS:
Truck Courts are to be kept clear of trash
and any other material at all times. Pallets/Supplies left outside
of suites are subject to be removed and the cost billed back to the
responsible Tenant.
PARKING:
Please inform all employees and guests that
parking is only allowed in striped areas of the lot.
Any vehicles parked outside of the striped areas are subject
to be towed at owner’s expense.
Any trailers or large trucks must be approved and documented
under the Lease.
REPAIRS / ALTERATIONS / CONSTRUCTION:
Repairs or
alterations, including but not limited to, painting, carpeting,
electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs are required to be approved and facilitated through Building
Management. Making any unapproved alterations to your space is prohibited.
TELEPHONE ROOM ACCESS:
Please call Building Management to obtain
telephone room access. For access, we will need an Access Request
Form with the signature of your vendor.
